Who on here cannot operate their business for 6 days? Ridiculous. Sure they warn you of this - but it took them 6 days to return the file to me. I cannot send the file to QB Data Team again - I had to re-enter every single transaction we did in the time it took QB to review the file. The case was escalated to QB Data team and they returned the file saying they had fixed the issue. I have stayed on the phone with QB agents for literally hours.
I have done the following NUMEROUS times: I have to save the file as a PDF and then edit it on my computer. I can't even edit an invoice from over a week ago because it makes QB have to force quit. Try to go back a few days - and the screen gets stuck on "recording transaction" for about 2 minutes. If we make bills/invoices that are dated the same day - no problem. I have narrowed the problem down to being - it is a few line items I have that are in the negative. When making bills and invoices that are dated more than 2-4 days before the current date, QB takes about a minute to two minutes to process.
